I weighed in this morning at 222.0 pounds, a loss of 1.2 pounds from last week. I'll take it.

  1. Good news! Keep it up. In regard to previous posts: it seems obvious to me that things just aren't fair and this is the hand you've been dealt. It's not like I'm skinny because I've eaten well. So your body's equilibrium is different, but that doesn't mean you can't lose weight.

  3. I know these numbers are iffy! I promise these are a fluke and you will see numbers returning to "normal" ranges very soon. Some things have come up over the past few days that caused this but they won't continue.
