Week 9: Failure
I felt like I had a great week, especially with the reintroduction of the daily calorie totals, but the scale disagreed, telling me I weigh 220.8 pounds this week (a gain of 0.8 pounds). The number is the number and I'm sticking to it, but hopefully we'll finally be back into the 2-teens next week.

Blog: A couple of changes
To better coincide with the March 1 start date of my comprehensive self-improvement plan, Friday weigh-ins start next week, and daily posting of calorie totals are back. All in for the win!
